I am excited to be apart of the “Shot in the Heart of Melbourne” exhibition again this year – a wonderful collection of Street Photography.

I have discovered there is so much to see in our beautiful city, if you just stop and watch. The environment changes from morning to afternoon, the sun, shadows, people and their activity. For many years I would go into the city for work and leave as soon as possible, seeing without looking. Now I go in and love the hub of activity and the gems you can find.

Taking photos in the city can be quite daunting, but if you sit long enough and just observe, the photos just seem to happen. I have also learnt you need to look up, as well as down.

It is fascinating. This is my next project.
